Domain words (their meanings only)

If you use a word, use it the way the market site does. Do not invent covenants trivia.

Word	Meaning in this domain
Agent	The bank that services the loan and whose books and records are golden
Facility	The loan / credit agreement unit you track (thousands, not billions of rows of tweets)
Position	What a lender owns, often by legal entity / fund, not by human user
Settled	The position that actually counts (eligibility, reconcile) — not last UI cache
Notice	Agent-sourced event that moved cash or position (paydown, interest, draw, fee)
Golden source	Agent books. You normalize labels; you do not invent rows
Entitlements	Row-level “who may see / vote this.” False-allow is P0
STP	Straight-through processing; less rekeying and email
Break	Mismatch between two pictures of the world. First-class entity in VRM
Amendment / vote	Consent process on a deal (refi, reprice, maturity, etc.)
Cashless roll	Keep history when a facility is refinanced/repriced
